Description:
Duties:
-Responsible for trading voice system integration
-Inventory check, capacity planning, change forecasting, test plan, call route handlings
-Inter-connectivity with various voice system platform, e.g. Nortel, Avaya
-User relocation work – include trader profiles mapping and DDI manipulation |
Skills:
Requirements:
-Degree in Computing / Computer Science or relevant disciplines is preferred
-Familiar with BT ITS monitor Enterprise, ITS Link and so on
-Nice Logger and Nice CLS
-Interconnectivity to Nortel / Avaya IPT PBX
-Experience on DWDM solution connectivity on Voice infrastructure |
