Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities::
-Provide expertise and helpdesk support services to end-users and maintain the operation of the PC, network, messaging and collaboration, desktop applications, telephony, office automation and conferencing equipments and systems. -Provide daily front-line support and trouble shooting services to users -Work with supervisor to manage daily server, network and backup checking so as to ensure the system and network availability -Perform system and database backup, virus protection, and system recovery in safeguarding data, system and network environment -Conduct office automation system and telephony maintenance and support and assist in administration -Maintain hardware and software inventory and records -Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation and manuals

Skills:
Requirements: -Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline -With 2 years’ solid experience in IT support and with experience in MNC environment - Solid experience in supporting LOTUS NOTES v 6.5 or above -Experience in LAN, desktop and office automation systems support -Experience in messaging and collaboration, voice system, PABX system, RightFax system and Ricoh imaging solution is an advantage -FLUENT SPOKEN IN ENGLISH and Cantonese is a must -Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently in a team-work environment. -Certification of MCSE is preferred
