Description:
Project Manager/Coordinator
Duties:
- Define the project scope and manage the project execution
- Perform project planning and resource allocation
- Prepare and monitor the project schedule and control the project cost
- Arrange and attend meeting with customer or related parties to report progress and resolve issues
- Prepare project correspondence such as written communication, meeting agenda and minutes.
- Lead and coordinate respective working parties including the customer’s contractors
- Provide the project deliverables on time and in high quality
- Regularly update project status to related parties |
Skills:
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience and at least 2 years experience in project management
- Solid experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and CISCO Products
- Experience in handling Structure Cabling and Computer Room Facilitates project at construction site
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to drive the project team to complete the project according to schedule
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good command of English and interpersonal skills
- PMP or Prince2 certified practitioner is preferred
- Vendor certification holder in Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Alcatel, etc will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in IT&T infrastructure and related IT products
- Able to work under pressure on tight schedule
- Candidate with less experience will consider as Project Coordinator |
