Technical Support (Notes)
Duties/Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
- At least 2 years of IT experience in server and network administration
- Solid experience in support and maintain system such as Novell, Arcserve etc
- Experience in installation & data migration on Lotus Domino Server & Notes client and server
- Provide technical support & maintenance service on server and network applications
- Holder of one or more vendor certifications with MCSE is a definite asset
- In-depth knowledge in Lotus Domino server / Notes client setup & administration
- In-depth knowledge in Server/Desktop Operating Systems, e.g. Windows NT4 / 2000 / 2003 Server; Windows 9x / ME / NT4 WS / 2000 / XP
- Good command of spoken and written English |
