Description:
Duties:
- Accountable for PABX/IPT, structured cabling system and associated systems installation with core activities covering site survey & planning, cost estimation, installation, testing, commissioning and end-user training
- To liaise with customers, collect and analyze their business requirements, and then translate them to system configuration
- Responsible for providing support and technical consultation to internal and external customers |
Skills:
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one PABX system (Avaya) /IP PABX and associated systems. Possession of relevant vendor accreditation is preferred
- Good knowledge and experience with Structured Cabling System Installation. Possession of relevant vendor accreditation is a definite advantage
- Good knowledge on LAN/Wan, Router/Switch, Linux and Window OS
- Good exposure in pre-sales, installation and maintenance, and project management
- Good communication & presentation skill
- Logical mind, ability to work under pressure and manage changes
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. |
