Helpdesk Agent
Duties:
-Being part of IT helpdesk team and be the first point of contact of the users -Perform first tier troubleshooting and problem resolving -To handle customer phone enquiries, and open case correspondingly by using Call Management tool -To handle customer complaints Coordinate various activities with both internal and external parties -Perform clerical support to the department |
Skills:
Requirements:
-F.7 / Diploma in Computer Studies study or above -Experience in PC hardware & software, standard MS applications (e.g. MS office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and servers admin/support (Windows XP/ 2003/ 2000/ ME), Lotus Note support, Visual Basic, Windows Vista -Good telephone manner and customer-oriented -Fluent spoken in English and Cantonese -Fresh graduate will be considered -Immediate Availability |
