Customer Engineer
Duties:
-Provide technical support to the customers, trouble shoot and resolve customers’ problem in network system and PC system on desk -Provide onsite installation and maintenance services

Skills:
Requirements:
-Diploma Holder in Computer Studies or above -MCSE Holder is preferable, but not essential -1 year experience in a technical support role -1 year experience on servers and networking is preferred -Good knowledge of PC hardware and office applications software -Good support service attitude and manners, and good team player |
