Description:
System Analyst
Duties:
-Participate in user requirements collection and analysis
-Identify, collect and analyze business processes
-Setup and configure rule based engines and workflow management tools to meet user requirements
-Carry out application design, implementation, integration and testing, and system rollout

Skills:
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Computer Studies or equivalent
-At least 6 years solid IT experience in system implementation and web/portal design
-Hands on experience in Unix / Wintel Server
-Hands on experience in Sun Solaries / IBM AIX / HP Unix
-Experience in Java, J2EE, Oracle, Rational Unified Process (RUP), data warehouse, workflow and rule engine tools, WebSphere, IBM Content Manager, Cognos, IBM Tivoli Access/Identity Manager
-Possess PRINCE OR SSADM is preferred
-Strong management and problem solving skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
